Jacob Fucetola, an economics and political science double major, has built a robust leadership resume in his three years at UGA.

In 2016, he worked in the Office of Governor Nathan Deal as a summer policy and legislative affairs intern. During the 2016–2017 academic year, he was Vice President of the Student Government Association. He is now serving on President Morehead’s task force for student learning and success as well as the UGA Athletic Association Board of Directors. These and other experiential learning opportunities have helped to prepare Fucetola to pursue his goal of attending law school.

“Through my involvement in student government, I’ve seen how much private support has positively impacted the entire University community, including how it’s opened doors for some of my classmates to pursue their goals. Thank you, donors, for helping my classmates and me as well as future Georgia Bulldogs find opportunities to become the next generation of leaders.”
