Ammishaddai Grand-Jean, a third-year political science and economics major, aspires to apply his education to address distinct challenges facing low-income communities.
In addition to his academic work, Grand-Jean has been a relentless ambassador for UGA, serving in student government and joining the Road Dawgs team—a group that travels throughout Georgia to encourage high school students to pursue higher education and consider applying to UGA. Grand-Jean’s passion for learning led him to study abroad in France over the summer.
