Rodrigo Blankenship

Journalism, ’18

After completing his bachelor’s degree last December, Rodrigo Blankenship, kicker for the University of Georgia football team, is now pursuing a master’s degree in emerging media.

I’ve been on scholarship the last two seasons, and that’s been a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I couldn’t be more grateful for. And, thanks to donors, we have an incredible new locker room, a new video board, and a new indoor facility that allows us to continue practice in bad weather and gives us a great simulation of playing in domes.
