Expanding the Boundaries of What Is Possible

The 2017 President’s Annual Report celebrates the University of Georgia’s progress on the institution’s three major priorities: 

1. Increasing scholarship support for students;
2. Further enhancing the learning environment; and
3. Solving the grand challenges of our time. 

As the report illustrates, we are in the midst of a remarkable period in the storied history of UGA, and I remain grateful for all that our faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends continue to do to elevate the birthplace of public higher education in America.
