Lisa Allen doesnt get internet at her house. The district is short on hotspots so she has to bring her 4 kids, ages 5-15 to the Clarke County Public Library (which is closed to visitors due to COVID-19) and sit outside to use the wi-fi so her kids can connect to virtual school. “It’s hard,” says Allen. “We’re just doing our best. I thought there would be other options but that hasn’t happened yet so we’re here.”
