The University of Georgia continually seeks new ways to connect with the citizens of Georgia and enhance the quality of life in our state. With these goals in mind, I am delighted that the State Botanical Garden of Georgia, a public service and outreach unit of UGA, is presenting Winter WonderLights again this year.
Winter WonderLights transforms the Botanical Garden into a wonderland that everyone can enjoy. Named the best local event in the Athens Banner-Herald’s Best of the Best Awards, it features dazzling light displays, holiday music, s’mores roasting, and treats from local chocolatier Condor Chocolates.
The Office of the President is pleased to be the presenting sponsor of Winter WonderLights. Since its inaugural year in 2021, this spectacular experience has quickly become a holiday tradition that the University of Georgia is proud to share with individuals and families from around the state.
